Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Contact corporate clients via physical visit, emails and phone calls to offer them products and services.
∎ Attending the meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of the corporate customers.
∎ Manage multiple portfolios of corporate accounts to achieve long-term success.
∎ Develop positive relationships with clients.
∎ Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
∎ Supervise executives to ensure sales increase.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence the purchase.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
∎ Motivate and guide the team to improve performance and achieve set goals.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
∎ Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in similar industry will be prioritized.
Salary: Negotiable
