∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters in Marketing from any recognized University.

Job Context:
∎ PROBE Bangladesh Ltd is an India-Bangladesh joint venture healthcare company working in Chain Pathological business both in India and Bangladesh.
∎ This position will be responsible for leading the overall Marketing Management and day to day Marketing Coordination in line with management requirement
∎ Report to Director, Business Development
∎ JOB LOCATION: Divisional City and have to visit all Districts under the Division

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
∎ Build brand awareness among the public
∎ Influence Doctors to recommend our lab for their patients
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Follow up on Collection and Outstanding
∎ Co-ordinate between Hospital, Diagnostic Centers, Clinic, Collection Centers, Pharmacy, Shops, Patient, Doctors.
∎ Guide Phlebotomist and Front Desk Officer in making follow ups, telephone call to clients.
∎ To co-ordinate and assist in organizing seminars, CME etc.
∎ Plan and schedule daily sales calls.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Maintaining fruitful relationships with Doctors and existing patients.
∎ Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
∎ Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
∎ Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
∎ Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
∎ Any other activities assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 Years' Experience in any Pharmaceuticals Sales-Marketing or in Related Field (Hospital, Clinic & Diagnostic Center)
∎ Possess good sales techniques and negotiation skills.
∎ Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Proficient in common Microsoft Office (World and Excel).
∎ Possess customer-handling techniques.
∎ Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ Handle challenging situations with guests diplomatically.
∎ Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
∎ Present one-self in an appropriate manner i.e. dress code and personal hygiene.
∎ Being able to use appropriate choice of words and actions when dealing with both internal and external customers.
