Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Sales Plan, Marketing Plan, Sales & Marketing strategy for Sales generation
∎ Strengthen the market position by establishing product portfolio & enhancing the market share
∎ To prepare Price offer/sales contract, Production Order, Delivery schedule, Prepare bill and Payment Collection monitoring time to time.
∎ Prepare sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as- Industries, Corporate houses, Institutions, Government utilities, MES, contractors etc
∎ Achieve the sales target set by the management as well as lead the team to achieve the individual team member target.
∎ Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customers' needs and take necessary action to fulfill those
∎ Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target
∎ Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and try to keep them satisfied
∎ Keep abreast of competitor activities with sales, collection, credit and new product entry and report to superior accordingly
∎ To establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events
∎ Ensure to receive sales order and delivery products on time
∎ Retain the existing customer and enhance the new customer by following various marketing strategies.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ The candidate should have at least 10 years' experience in Sales & Marketing of PP Woven bag manufacturing company.
∎ The candidate must have vast experience in Sales & Marketing of similar industry product like PP Woven bag/One ply/ two ply Cement bag etc.
∎ Those who do not have similar industry experience need not apply.
∎ Should have good communication & negotiation skill
∎ Should have computer literacy
∎ Fluent in Bengali & English
