Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best possible results.
∎ Setting professional and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Initiate training and development of all members of the sales department.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Identify market opportunities for new customers.
∎ Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
∎ Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business goals.
∎ Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Plan & achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Collecting recovery from the market.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management.

∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Excellent communication, Leadership, strategic thinking and planning skills
∎ At least 5 year(s) in Lubricating oil & LPG gas sector
