Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall sales of Local Carton Packaging products.
∎ Develop a pricing strategy that maximizes profit and market share.
∎ Prepare sales plans and lead the sales team accordingly to achieve the sales targets and explore new markets.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
∎ Develop a list that describes organization's sales offerings.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to increase sales.
∎ Identify and build a strong relationship with the new customer and keep in touch with all (new/old) customers.
∎ Acquire product information of competitor's product, price, feature, and promotional activities.
∎ Develop social media and content of digital marketing.
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the product.
∎ Monitor offtake from the warehouse and follow up due collection from market regularly.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Leadership and team management.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, report writing, and presentation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with people.
