Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ BBA preferably in marketing from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market trend and sales forecast.
∎ Preparation and implementation of business plan and yearly budget.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensure monthly sales and revenue target
∎ Take responsibility to achieve targets both-in Sales and Collection
∎ Monitor sales team and guide them towards exceeding sales target as well as department objectives
∎ Find out the performance gap of non achiever and guide them to achieve the next target
∎ Prepare and set up the Collection Target for every collection according to business plan
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales
∎ Plan and visit client regularly to get market insight and keep monitoring.
∎ Ensure relationship with all existing and prospective top client.
∎ Sound knowledge on product costing
∎ Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of product and company goal.
∎ Submit sales report daily, weekly and monthly as well as follow up stock report against client order.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 08-to-10-year(s) hands on experiences in Marketing Department in Flexible Packaging Industry.
∎ Age around 35 to 40 years, which may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to change.
∎ Strong academic background will get advantage
∎ Computer knowledge as well as English language proficiency is must
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (based on educational qualification, experience & competencies).
