Job Context:
∎ Deliver Outstanding Sales results for the Test & Measurement products Division of Iconic Engineering within assigned geography with particular focus on the test and measurement brand. Develop wide and deep end customer, Consultant / Contractor and channel / reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide techno-commercial support to end customers and Channel Partners on product portfolio. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training).
∎ Reporting: This position reports to Head of Sales
∎ Weekly Holiday: 2days (Friday & Saturday)
∎ Career Growth (next level expected): Sr. Manager Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage a business plan to meet or exceed corporate objectives for Test & Measurement Division Sales goals in assigned geography.
∎ Provide high level application / technical / demonstration & commercial support to End Customers and Channel partners (CPs).
∎ Create tender/project in different government & autonomous entities from the beginning of specification setup.
∎ Assess business conditions in the given geography and vertical markets to implement local go to market strategy.
∎ Identify, evaluate and develop new Resellers & Channel Partner relationships.
∎ Implement the market creation activities for various Iconic Engineering brands
∎ Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
∎ Key Account Management within territory.
∎ Must be report to reporting officer sales lead & deals updates, monthly visit plan etc. in CRM software.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Frontline Sales Experience in Test & Measurement or related Industry on Electrical Test instruments.
∎ Experience with Channel partners / OEMs / Consultants and Contractors in above mentioned industry important
∎ Other requirements in the order of importance.
∎ Market / Industry knowledge
∎ Knowledge about tender/project in different government & autonomous entities.
∎ Attractive professional presentation to customers
∎ Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
