∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ MBA/Master of Business Studies / B.Sc in engineering in any discipline ( From a reputed Institution).
∎ Having Good Knowledge on should have experience in MS Office, Excel, MS Power Point, Auto CAD & Internet uses.
∎ Having good Communication Skills in both Bangla & English (Speaking, Writing, and Reading).
∎ Should have experience about Fire , Safety & Security products,

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CCTV, experience about Fire, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire safety Management, Safety Security products

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve business objectives, achieve sales target as per plan, drive profit and champion customer experience.
∎ Meet the company's revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the organization, promoting strong client engagement, attraction and retention strategies.
∎ Maintain up to date understanding of competitor knowledge, contemporary practices and market opportunities.
∎ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Guides in preparation of sales pitches for own and sales team to close maximum transactions.
∎ Maximize sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks.
∎ Pre-planning for new business scope.
∎ Forecast sales to quarterly, semi-annually, annually.
∎ Identify/Hunt sales lead, dealing with customers, determine way to streamlines, improve the sales process, and pitch goods or services to new clients.
∎ Site visit and negotiating with clients.
∎ Capable to work with people of all level.
∎ Ability to do work under pressure/any circumstances.
∎ Must be target oriented & meet sales target as per requirement of the company.
∎ Writing reports, PowerPoint presentation and following the instructions of line Manager (Head of Sales).
∎ Prepare necessary BOQ and make quotation, tendering & documentation with Submission by own efforts.
∎ Developing to relationship and product positive concept with write persons knock & sales
∎ Maintaining & developing relationship with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mail etc.
∎ Arrange meeting with company's Management level with own efforts to finalize the order
