Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales and Marketing of Firefighting equipment.
∎ Major Responsibility is to leading marketing team of the company
∎ There is a sales target for individual and team.
∎ Reporting person directly to the GM (Sales & Marketing) & Managing Director.
∎ Have to take under pressure for achieving target by the company.
∎ The Fire Protection Sales Specialist should have a focus on developing a business in this region for the company's fire safety products and solutions for the fire protection market in Bangladesh.
∎ Deliver customer sales activities with in to optimize and exceed sales targets.
∎ Develop and manage the sales team whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.
∎ Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels.
∎ Carry out duties to help support the sales and collection statement in line with the Company's core values.
∎ Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.
∎ Generate new opportunities for Fire Safety products requirements to increase market share.
∎ Build relationships with key end users, consultants and foster existing customer relationship.
∎ Implement sales strategies for achieving targets.
∎ Coordinate effectively with existing business units/manufacturers while seeking and establishing new prospective relationships.
∎ Ensure awareness of upcoming projects and opportunities in order to maximize order intake.
∎ Provide timely reports to the management in line with the organizational guidelines.
