Core Qualifications:
Experience-1: 2–3 Years (Strictly in Industrial/Pump Sales).
Experience-2: Minimum 2–3 years in B2B industrial sales.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, verbal communication (Bangla & English), and the ability to explain technical specifications simply.
Specific Requirements:
Established Network: You must have an existing network in the Pump Industry and industries that require heavy-duty pumping solutions (Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, ETP/WTP Projects, and Food & Beverage).
2–3 years of hands-on experience visiting factories in industrial zones like Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj, and Chattogram.
Relationship Management: Ability to leverage past professional relationships to secure meetings and "open doors" for Sherpa Power’s product line.
The Mission:
We are seeking an active, well-connected Sales professional to join our team under the leadership of our Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate isn't someone who waits for leads, but someone who already knows the key decision-makers (Procurement Officers, Project Managers, and Maintenance Engineers) in Bangladesh’s core industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Penetration: Utilize your existing contacts to introduce Sherpa Power’s Industrial Pumps, Solar Systems, and Substation Equipment.
Field Operations: Conduct frequent factory visits and project site inspections to identify equipment needs.
Reporting: Work closely with the Deputy Manager to convert leads into technical quotations and finalized deals.
Reporting to: Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing)
