∎ Masters/ MBA (Marketing, Management or any discipline) from any reputed public/ private university
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 7 years working experience on Sales & Marketing in multinational/ any reputed organization in which 3 years must be similar post, track and products.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead and monitor down the level personnel.
∎ To adopt policies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/ customers etc.
∎ To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
∎ To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
∎ To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed about the field activities
∎ To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
∎ To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work related problems as soon as possible.
∎ To visit the market and sales centers physically in regular basis.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Traders/ Head of Corporate Marketing.
∎ To give daily report to Head of Traders/ Head of Corporate Marketing as per sector regarding all key activities.
∎ For corporate sector must have knowledge for corporate sales marketing with high end customers regarding similar products.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.
