Responsibilities & Context:
To sale the product (Medical Equipment)
This position requires daily field work.
Daily visit Eye hospital, doctor private chember.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Abillity to tour anywhere in Bangladesh.
To develop & implement sales/marketing program.
Identify new business opportunities and customer needs to generate the sales lead.
Buildup a wide range of network and keep updating the prospective customer index.
Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Meet sales targets and drive continuous growth.
Maintain company standards, discipline, and service quality at all times.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with internal technical and support teams.
Prepare monthly sales reports to management.
Knowledge about team lead.
Train and guide sales and marketing team members on product knowledge and promotional strategies.
