∎ IZONIL PLUS is an extremely waterproof dry mixture that will create a waterproof membrane after application while it stays breathable with drying effect at the same time. Hydrophobic ingredient Izo Component PLUS is the key component that ensures special characteristic of the product.
∎ IZONIL PLUS offers a long-term solution with removing the problems with water leakage on the surface of the wall, roof or floor. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong motivator, Team building skill, Proactive attitude, Planning and result driven, Innovative and problem solving skill.
∎ Distribution of existing team members in different places and trained them time to time.
∎ Attending & arranging Dealer programs (Engineers, Masons, House owner & Retailer).
∎ Visiting top Developers, Govt/Non Govt Architects, participation in seminars, Technical sessions, Introduction to at least 10 Architect/Developer visit per month and participation in one Technical session.
∎ ATL & BTL promotional activities. Brochure, Bengali Instruction Manual, Audio Visual to be revised time to time and approval from Management
∎ Attending customer complaints and giving quick solutions.
∎ Collection of dues within 15 days of work completion
∎ Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovative
∎ Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
∎ Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
∎ Meet of the sales target as per planning.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assigned by the competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience preferable in building materials industry
∎ Have analytical skills
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
