Job Context:
∎ Coppertech Industries Limited is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Manager - Sales & Marketing.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and present annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
∎ Prepare and present weekly sales and marketing reports for the management.
∎ Based on marketing reports and sales performance propose revised strategies and present to the management.
∎ Oversee all customer inquiries responded to in a timely manner.
∎ Oversee develop new market opportunities, by understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and reports.
∎ Create feasibility reports on proposed products.
∎ Maintain liaison with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing.
∎ Conduct regular KPI performance test of the Marketing and Sales team members.
∎ Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Provide constant feedback and ideas for further development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
∎ 5 years of working experience under corporate marketing department will be preferred
∎ Ability to work under pressure. Must be a team player
∎ Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude towards work.
∎ Communication Skills - Verbal and Written. Both English & Bangla.
∎ Experience in Copper related industry is an added benefit.
Salary: Negotiable
