Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Sales & Marketing Activities for Commercial Vehicles & Construction Material Equipment (CME)/ Forklift
∎ 2. Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing activities/ strategies to achieve business goals in a highly competitive business environment.
∎ 3. Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
∎ 4. Liaison with different Government & Private Organization for maximize the sales
∎ 5. Participate at Government & Private Organization's tender
∎ 6. Liaison with various Government & Private project Director
∎ 7. Liaison with various construction firms, cement factories, group of companies for maximize the sales
∎ 8. Develops and recommends product and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ 9. Promotion of vehicles through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals.
∎ 10. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ 11. Providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
∎ 12. Monitor and review availability of vehicles Sales and Marketing.
∎ 13. Ensure customer satisfaction in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies
∎ 14. Ensure proper distribution of the vehicles to the dealer point and other stakeholder.
∎ 15. Act to achieve overall sales target of the company.
∎ 16. Collect data and information regarding competitors, their market share etc for future market planning and develop policy.
∎ 17. Maintain positive relationships with current and potential dealers.
∎ 18. Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-12 years experience at Commercial Vehicles & Construction Material Equipment (CME)/ Forklift marketing
∎ Computer skill in MS-Office.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Dynamic, innovative with good analytical and problem solving skills.
