Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Masters in any subject having extensive experiences in the area are encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with management to develop and strategy on textile chemicals;
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target;
∎ Supervise & lead a sales team;
∎ Communicate with customer about compliance issues;
∎ Maintaining excellent customer relationship;
∎ Develop creative technique and tracts to meet the customer's requirement;
∎ Coordinate among the sales & distribution team for excellent customer services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have knowledge about textile chemicals.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills, organizational skills and leadership skills
∎ Must be result oriented and work collaborator
∎ Possess positive attitude to maintain harmonious interdepartmental relationship
∎ Sound in MS Office package
∎ Sound in both verbal and written communication in English & Bangla

Salary: Negotiable
