Job Responsibilities:

∎ Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

∎ Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to clients.
∎ Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
∎ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize sales processes, and enhance overall team performance.
