∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Business Marketing, Business Operation, Sales & Marketing.
∎ A proven track record in paper industry.
∎ Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ The Candidate must be able to achieve significant growth of the paper mill product sales with excellent track record.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Actively identify and initiate new/additional products development initiatives for various target consumer market.
∎ Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
∎ Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
∎ Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
∎ Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
∎ Work actively with the marketing communications to create product awareness and lead marketing promotion programs to increase margins and market share.
∎ Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets, territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives.
∎ Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness. Monitor, prepare and report on marketing communications and sales activity.
∎ Lead to develop assigned working areas marketing planning, forecasting and executing to achieve company’s objective with lead a team in a structured, effective and accountable manner.
∎ Convince and handle the dealer/retailer to get orders.
∎ Market visit to see competitor’s activities with dealers, retail shops.
∎ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Manager, Sales and Marketing personnel to lead the Sales, Marketing & PR communications for our recycling paper industry and scale revenue to the next level. As a Manager, Sales & Marketing, you are responsible to lead the sales team and suggest them the best Sales & Marketing techniques. The successful candidate will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and sales plans.
∎ To be successful as a Manager, Sales & Marketing, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff complies with company policies and guidelines. Ultimately, a top-performing sales manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times. If you have the ability to utilize the organizational resources optimally for the business promotion activities, we would like to meet you.
