Experience:
The applicants should have minimum 05 years practical work experience in reputed Chinese/Thai/Indian Restaurants/Hotels/Convention Centre in relevant position.
Must be experienced in Thai/Chinese Restaurant/ Convention Centre.
Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly (Banquet Event Order) BEO & inform to concerns department.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue targets.
Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to foster teamwork and ensure guest satisfaction and quality of foods.
Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue & minimize cost in all areas.
To maintain client relationships through regular communication.
Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and continuously develop guest relationship and staff’s skill.
Prepare monthly, half yearly, yearly customers visit reports.
Prepare monthly, half yearly, yearly sales reports.
Follow up & collection due money from customers.
Maintain liaison with various Government authorities.
Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
