The applicants should have minimum 02 years practical work experience in relevant position.
Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
Excellent written communication such as drafting, content & application writing skill.

Exceptional typing speed both Bengali & English must be given preference.

Job Description
Greet and entertain all visitors, customers, with professionalism and warmth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
Communicate promotions, events, and updates to corporate clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service delivery, including menu selection, seating arrangements and timelines.
Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
Organize and manage corporate events, meetings, and catering orders, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Collect feedback from corporate customers and collaborate with the restaurant team to implement improvements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate clients in the customer database.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials targeted at corporate clients.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare necessary documents, presentations and reports for a variety of business meetings across locales.
Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market condition & product development and offer corrective measures to head of sales.
Identify opportunities to upsell services such as catering, private dining, or event hosting.
To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatch them to concerned end by keeping records.
Track and report on corporate customer activity, including sales, feedback, and retention rates.
Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Company business related any others task assign by Management.
