Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and monitor the sales and evaluate their regular performances.
∎ Assist in pricing, budgeting & creating profit and loss statements.
∎ Use sales forecasting & strategic planning to ensure the sales & profitability of products, analyzing business developments & monitoring market trends.
∎ Maximizing profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
∎ Monitor individual performance of salespeople, provide guidelines to overcome the short-fall & motivate for development.
∎ Collect adequate market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
∎ Collecting and sharing Market Intelligence Report to the Management.
∎ To prepare the Sales & Marketing plan for all over the country & ensure its proper implementation aligning with present & future business needs.
∎ Improve the quality of sales & services analyzing the data on customers' feedback.
∎ To prepare the Annual Budget, formulate policy for implementation & ensure appropriate monitoring on actions plan with a view to achieving the desire sales target.
∎ Frequent market visits, relationship building & ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities, as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Planning and organizing skills.
∎ Should have proven readership & coordination skills.
∎ Should be fluent in Eglish correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
Salary: Negotiable
