∎ ·     Experience in Flat, Land  and Hotel Share Selling Projects
∎ ·        Build Strong Relation with targeted Clients
∎ . Sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments
∎ . Creating new customer to meet the sales target
∎ ·        Must have Client Bank
∎ ·        Must have ability to work under pressure & drive sales Target
∎ . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ . Market Planning, Market Research, and Communication skills.
