∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Daily, Monthly & Yearly activities reporting to the superiors by using Wechat, WhatsApp, and other organizational tools.
∎ Searching for new industrial customers.
∎ Winning industrial projects; achieving sales targets and objectives as per budget.
∎ Market visits, Client hunts, Tele & Email marketing regularly to create market opportunities.
∎ Travel across industrial areas regularly to generate inquiry.
∎ Maintain current up-to-date knowledge about industrial products.
