Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the sale of machines, boilers, and spare parts.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs and concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, including technical specifications and benefits.
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure product availability and quality.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and documentation.
Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Identify and resolve sales-related issues promptly and effectively.
