∎ B.Sc. in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor or Honors from a recognized institution (Educational qualification will be relaxable for Highly Experience candidate).

∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Willingness to travel as required.
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial boiler.
∎ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the sale of industrial boilers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their needs and concerns.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Set, track, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, including technical specifications and benefits.
∎ Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure product availability and quality.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports and documentation.
∎ Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Identify and resolve sales-related issues promptly and effectively.

∎ Adina Industries BD Ltd. is also hiring for the role of Executive / Sr. Executive, Sales & Marketing. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals with experience in Steam Generator and Industrial Boiler to join our sales team.
