∎ Proven track record of managing a nationwide sales team and consistently exceeding sales targets is a must.
∎ Experience in Leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills are essential.
∎ Must be willing to travel frequently outside Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage nationwide sales operations for Agro Feed products by developing and executing sales plans to expand market share and consistently achieve target objectives.
∎ To set a sound field force, dealer channel and target setting ensuring continues growth.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client demands.Conduct regular field visits and supervise regional sales teams.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with distributors and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure effective reporting and coordination with the Head Office.
∎ Identify and visit potential clients like retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
∎ Promote Agro Fit products and negotiate pricing and contracts.
∎ Meet sales targets and report daily/weekly performance.
∎ Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
