∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master and Graduate (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the complete management of sales
∎ Leads the Sales executives
∎ Responsible for the Area wise sales forecasting and monitoring achievement
∎ Responsible for the job training and development of front-line sales force team.
∎ Manage all Market Research, Advertising and Promotion, New Product Development and activities.
∎ Co- ordinate with the department head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Develop a strong and motivated sales team
∎ Keep good trade relationships with customer and dealers
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products.
∎ To monitor & control credit line as an account manager.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
∎ Ready to visit frequently anywhere in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have adequate knowledge about sales and marketing in Plastic Toilet Fittings, Adhesive & Glue Products.
∎ Must be self-motivated/ challenging.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
