Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Smart & Enthusiastic Professionals for the entire Sales & Marketing Team to achieve the organization`s goals & objectives.
∎ Candidates must have practical experience in Internet Service Provider-related equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and strategies and generate counter ideas to stay ahead of competition.
∎ Conceptualize and propose different policies for the sales team and distributors to help achieve business results.
∎ Establish sales objectives and targets by developing a sales plan and be responsible for overall sales operations for the assigned zone.
∎ Lead, guide and monitor the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved within specific time, and with efficient credit management.
∎ Supervise all depot operations in assigned regions and divisions to ensure depot activities are synchronized with sales demand & supply.
∎ Initiate necessary steps for sales growth by maintaining smooth coordination with distributors, dealers and customers.
∎ Ensure availability of products in the consumer market through effective distribution channels and customer/dealer relationships.
∎ Need to have the knowledge of competitor activities with sales, collection the fund and new product entry.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels and also need to develop new business in line with the revenue & sales.
∎ Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting different customers.
∎ Supervise and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of all marketing activities.
∎ Develop and update SOPs for the Marketing department with the guidance of the management.
∎ Assess marketing potential and competitor strength to formulate strategies to ensure a stronger foothold in terms of market share and sales to achieve and exceed targets.
∎ Deploy prospecting strategies to gain new customers.
∎ Swiftly respond to leads generated from marketing efforts and personally develop self- generated prospects in order to maintain an active and sales-generating pipeline.
∎ To take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ To prepare, plan & execute accordingly to expand the market.
∎ Design customer relationship strategy in alignment with the customer needs, organizational objectives, and market trends to position as a customer-focused organization.
∎ Develop Marketing & promotion strategy to achieve the desired marketing goal.
∎ To analyze and adapt with new marketing policies.
∎ Identify and understand the client's business needs and objectives to develop the business plans.
∎ Build up excellent business relationships with traders & users.
∎ Develop relationships with different Business Clients for marketing & sales of products.
∎ Managing, monitoring & supervising sales forces & performance.
∎ Produce relevant MIS that reflect Sales performance, GAP analysis and Improvement plan.
∎ To ensure 100% lifting plan & Secondary and consequent Business growth.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Encourage full usage of all facilities to maximize sales.
∎ Maintain Liaison with concerned department Head to manage and deliver the tasks smoothly & timely.
∎ Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly target set by the management.
∎ Prepare Annual Business Budget.
∎ Met the departmental target.
∎ Preparing reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
