Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the earliest member of REHAB in Bangladesh for quality in service, design and construction of buildings. Over the years, we have expanded our operations from Dhaka to Chattogram. The private limited company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company is also part of a group of companies which also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager with exceptional business management skills, significant leadership experience and a passion for turning around things for growth.
∎ The position is target oriented and the incumbent should be able to lead a team to obtain given target achieved through either sales force or by own as per Annual Business Plan (ABP).
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
∎ He will be reporting to Head of Business and Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual clients to ensure Fruit & its trade sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit Fruit sales targets by successfully.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Own objectives setting and performance monitoring of sales.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales .
∎ Continual improvement of work process/system.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Achieve individual sales target.
∎ Look for future opportunities to attain business growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
