∎ Formulate and implement sales policy and strategy that support company mission and vision.
∎ Achievement of periodical Sales target through existing and potential customer.
∎ Develop and manage sales team to achieve the target.
∎ Market research and Network development.
∎ Rate negotiation with carrier, vendor & agent and ensure after sales service.
∎ Maintain good relationship with local and overseas client.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service management
∎ Timely reporting to senior management
∎ Gap analysis and taking corrective action to overcome the challenges.
∎ Taking responsibilities of timely credit realization.
∎ Additional duties as assigned as assigned by management
