1. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service. 

2. Sales and Marketing: Actively promoting the company's products to potential buyers, attending trade shows or exhibitions, and negotiating sales contracts. 

3. Order Management: Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accurate order details, and coordinating with production and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. 

4. Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the company's garment products, including their features, materials, and production processes, to effectively communicate with customers. 

5. Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to product development strategies.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends. 

7. Problem Resolution: Addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
