• Provide first aid and basic medical care to workers during working hours

• Maintain accurate health records and assist with medical leave documentation

• Conduct health awareness sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention

• Monitor sanitation and hygiene conditions across the factory premises

• Support female workers with menstrual health, prenatal/postnatal guidance, and counseling

• Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate referrals to hospitals when needed

• Assist HR with pre-employment medical checks and return-to-work fitness assessments

• Organize vaccination drives and routine health screenings in collaboration with local health authorities

• Prepare monthly health reports and support compliance with EPZ health and safety standards

• Maintain confidentiality and provide empathetic support for sensitive health issues
