Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s annual sales target.
∎ Supervise and guide Senior Executive Sales (SES) and the Sales and Marketing Executive (SME).
∎ Plan and monitor lead conversion efforts and ensure sales targets are met on time.
∎ Oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and branding initiatives.
∎ Act as the coordination point between clients, the engineering department, and the design department to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
∎ Build and maintain special relationships with key clients and potential referral sources to generate repeat and referral business.
∎ Provide full customer care support, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to project completion and beyond.
∎ Analyze market trends, client data, and performance reports to identify opportunities.
∎ Coordinate with the CEO and the Director.
∎ Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
∎ Resolve escalated client issues and negotiate with high-value clients when necessary.

The SMM will act as a bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
