Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post-graduation diploma or any professional certification in HR/ Management/ Marketing/ Tourism and Hospitality Management will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute branding and marketing strategy and plan for BRAC Learning Centre (BLC) services like cccommodation, food, training venue, hall room, class rooms etc.
∎ Ensure business development, strategize sales and sales marketing operational support to BRAC Learning Center.
∎ Supervise, follow- up and oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of designated projects through regular field visits and provide necessary support for further improvement
∎ Develop sustainable partnership with different Commercial organizations, NGOs, TVET institutions, Polytechnic Colleges across the country for conducting training and ensuring continuous flow of training
∎ Ensure effective promotional work with the Communication department and develop strategies and interventions to contribute towards the branding, image building and marketing of BLC
∎ Design and execute e-commerce promotional marketing campaigns and responsible for website content management
∎ Ensure development of effective website/ webpage and app of BLC as well as maintenance of customer engagement by undertaking regular activities of BLC Facebook page
∎ Meet with major stakeholders from all over the country on regular basis for the purpose of business development and make partnership with different association
∎ Coordinate with all the Programmes of BRAC and prepare monthly reports and other required reports as requested by the Programme Head/ Director
∎ Oversee market research activities including focus group discussions, surveys, internal data analysis, customer feedback trends and product development projects
∎ Responsible for development and implementation of brand guidelines and ensuring brand compliance
∎ Contribute for promoting and selling of BRAC Learning Division (BLD) training modules
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of NGO sector, economic and social context of the country
∎ Firm knowledge on hospitality management and incentive mechanisms
∎ Well versed in corporate communications with government officials, marketers, public affairs and other related fields
∎ Have knowledge of preparing training materials.
∎ Strong networking and communication skills
∎ Have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Should have strong writing skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Should possess ability to think critically and analytically
∎ Should be able to supervise and manage team
∎ Have proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing etc.
