Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ Formulate the policies like business /trade policy, credit policy, Sales/Trade incentive policy, etc.
∎ Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day to day performance,
∎ Train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target set by the management.
∎ Understand the market for stationery product.
∎ Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors' strategies.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
∎ To be responsible for increasing market share by building a strong relationship with the existing & new dealers.
∎ Draw & constant improvement of the distribution plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in stationery product sales & Marketing is highly Preferable.
∎ Must be Result Driven, Strong analytical ability, excellent negotiation skills, Learning agile and Team Player.
∎ Willing to travel extensively
∎ Honest and Positive attitude.
