∎ All types of engraving-related process controls, SPG matching training, and troubleshooting services.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure coordination of work with CAD-CAM, Rotary Strike Off, Rotary Printing, Quality, and other relevant departments.
∎ Prepare the screen according to the Customer's design.
∎ Planning& scheduling work for screen preparation, quality check, providing & storing.
∎ Ensure identification of every screen & maintain segregation accordingly.
∎ Preparing SOP & following the SOP accordingly.
∎ Meeting budget allocation for departmental activities fulfillment.
∎ Defining, monitoring taking corrective actions related to KPl for processes and sub-ordinates.
∎ Providing training to sub-ordinates.
∎ Identifying problems, doing RCA, and defining & monitoring action plans.
∎ Carrying out activities for cost minimization, work standardization &
∎ continuous improvement.
∎ All engraving-related process controls, SPG matching training, and troubleshooting services.
∎ We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a rotary engraving home textile factory. Ideal applicants will possess a strong understanding of woven fabrics as they relate to home textile products.
∎ Our office is situated in Pagar, Tongi, within the Gazipur district.
