Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly visit distributors, retails, and markets to provide regular and situational-oriented support.
∎ Build a strong network with distributors and retailers.
∎ Claim management
∎ To resolve all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Keep the team member motivated to achieve sales targets and market activities.
∎ To plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objectives.
∎ To ensure effective and efficient credit management to get the maximum output of the business.
∎ To keep up-to-date information of competitors' products.
∎ To support marketing programs and trade activities in the assigned area by monitoring and evaluation and feedback to management; also generate new models for promotional activities.
∎ To develop a strategic sales plan to exploit the potential regional markets.
∎ Ensure the after-sales service channel working properly.
∎ Field Force KPI calculation.
