∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Mobile phone device industry, Mobile Servicing, Team Leading

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet established service level metrics for call response, technical support, and customer service
∎ Provide Help Desk support for End users and Support for IT Infrastructure and Applications
∎ Log Incidents/call tickets into ticketing tool, monitor incoming customer ticket queues for assignment, follow-up, and resolution
∎ Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Desk escalation processes
∎ Follow and complete Help Desk opening and closing checklists
∎ Research and update Knowledge Base for solutions that can be used to provide the first-contact resolution

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Servicing work of high-end devices. L3/ L4 level
∎ The apple-certified engineer will get a high preference
∎ Team management
∎ Analytical knowledge
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill
