Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve retail sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lifestyle and footwear brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing & merchandising team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed about new products and services within industry.
- Follow up and coordinate with other departments related to sales orders.
- Monitor daily sales performance and regularly report to management on sales activities and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads for new customers and onboard new sales areas/outlets.
- Meet individual sales targets to contribute to monthly and yearly team targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
