∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, HSC in Commerce, SSC in Commerce
∎ Honours/BBA in Commerce background. (Marketing Preferable)
∎ Masters/MBA on related subjects.
∎ No 3rd Division is recruited in our company.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and execute Retail Sales Plan for all showrooms to achieve the Sales Target.
∎ To support the team members to be groomed-up with the organization and industry.
∎ To ensure optimum sales volume as per given target and recover the sales proceeds as per company rules.
∎ To keep regular communication with clients, build-up cordial professional relationship and promote our brand.
∎ To collect advance information about upcoming consumers electronics (CE) products as-well-as details about ongoing CE products.
∎ To create and nourish own market from experience and must be result oriented
∎ To have Strong Knowledge of Competitors, Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles and Practices.
∎ To have plan & organize of different sales activities.
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ To co-ordinate & follow-up promotional issues.
∎ To achieve monthly sales target.
∎ To prepare and produce necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports to the authority time to time.
∎ To carry any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 02 years' experience in Managerial Post.
∎ Must Have Minimum 07 years' experience in Retail Sales, Preferably in CE.
∎ Must be honest and self-driven.
∎ Must be able to manage Retail Sales of around 50 showrooms throughout the country.
∎ Long experience in reputed consumer electronic company will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
∎ Good Command in English both oral and written.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
