Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the daily operational activities of the Largest Retail Chain of Bangladesh.
∎ Lead/ motivate the team to deliver the best customer service at store.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about trade marketing, infra, branding, operation,
∎ Chase the team to hit daily/ weekly/ monthly BS wise target.
∎ Propose campaign/ incentive policy to increase sell out.
∎ Prepare alternate plans to face the challenges of festive & crisis moments.
∎ Must have good communication/ presentable approach to maintain strong relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Must do physically visit for overseeing regular business operation and new business opportunities.
∎ Train and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service.

∎ Age at least 30 years
