Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or equivalent degree from any reputed university in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Marketing, super shop operation, Super Shop Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage daily operations of grocery store to meet store goals.
∎ Provide direction and guidance to grocery staffs in their assigned job duties.
∎ Follow and enforce store policies, security measures and customer service standards.
∎ Provide excellent customer services for sales growth. Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Look after the Corporate customers and ensure each month’s corporate sales
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits
∎ Perform inventory control to avoid over stock and low stock.
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Super Shop operation & retail marketing.
