Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and update checklist as well as ensure day to day tasks according to the daily checklist.
∎ Day-to-day monitoring of internal staffs.
∎ Monitor internal staff’s attendance (Presence & the working hours) and control of absenteeism.
∎ Ensure daily satisfaction of the residents and guests.
∎ Maintain stock of inventory to ensure the providing support to the residents.
∎ Consolidate report, analyze the problems and take initiative to solve the problem.
∎ Prepare CAPEX, purchase request for any new or replace equipment’s requirements.
∎ Manage recruitment and training of staff.
∎ Maintain SOPs, checklist, inspections, health and safety.
∎ Maintain beautification of resort.
∎ Always keep the resort neat and clean in and out.
∎ Prepared food menu for Permanent and VIP Guest.
∎ Check and ensure the food raw material’s quality after bought from the market.
∎ Record food registration to be able to manage the food requirements.
∎ Daily monitoring of Breakfast, lunch (off day or holiday) and dinner.
∎ Ensure food is 100% hygienic & healthy served within schedule time breakfast 7:00AM, lunch 1:00PM & 6:00PM.
∎ Control of food wastages.
∎ Responsible for receiving approved guest requisition form and cordially receive guests (buyer/supplier) from factory group and ensure the needs during their stay accordingly.
∎ Verify the readiness of the room units for any guest occupancy.
∎ Assess the requirements of the residents and provide solutions as soon as required.
∎ Check monthly Resort room/flat wise bill and approve all bill.
∎ Prepare monthly guest wise individual cost report and submit to management.
∎ Prepare monthly expense report and submit to to management.
∎ Check monthly stock inventory report for housekeeping & maintenance and submit new purchase request for next month requirements.
∎ Prepare vacant status & waiting list report and submit to reporting head.
∎ Prepare monthly purchase order, received, payment and credit report by coordinating to departments reporting staffs

∎ Age at least 32 years
