Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed university
∎ Any relevant professional certification and training will be highly preferred
∎ Having Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities-
∎ Analysing materials, examining the authenticity, historical context, physical condition, and content of the materials
∎ Evaluating, selecting, retrieving, and arranging documents/contents
∎ Making the archives accessible to a wide range of users
∎ Delivering knowledge articles, SOPs, process documentation and suggest process trainings where required
∎ Finding gaps and raising continuous improvement opportunities for knowledge management
∎ Maintaining product image archiving and uploading it on appropriate system/s
∎ Designing and maintaining organizational systems to keep track of all archive materials
∎ Collecting photoshoots and event images, videos and documents as well as print selected images
∎ Neatly arranging and organizing original and rare documents and manuscripts
∎ Maintaining news clipping service (Hardcopies & Softcopies)
∎ Coordinating overall divisional reporting, minutes preparation and documentation
∎ Assisting in developing various research proposals
∎ Assisting in regular contact/relation maintenance and coordinated networking with local & national level networks
∎ Search, select & process archiving and documenting new acquisitions & subscriptions in print and electronic formats
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 or more years of experience in relevant filed
∎ Experience in Qualitative Research, Content Development & Media Documentation will be considered as added advantages
