• Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, net browsing, etc.

• Excellent communication skill & leadership.

Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the country. We are looking for experienced, dedicated, honest and hard working professional individual for R&D department of FMCG Manufacturing Factories, located at Ashulia, Savar.

Candidates who have 8 - 14 yrs experience in R&D of FMCG Manufacturing Factories are highly encouraged to apply immediately. Candidates who do not have experience in FMCG Manufacturing sector, requested not to apply.

Responsibilities: (Product: Frozen Food, Sweetmeat, Pastry & Bakery item)

• Develop & establish SOP for R&D and review from time to time.
• Improve products quality from time to time.
• Develop product processing and packaging specification.
• Set up operational process condition and FSQA parameters for production.
• New product testing in the lab and develop processing method in the pilot plant.
• Perform product scale up and new product commissioning.
• Improve quality of food such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value and physical, chemical & microbiological composition of food.
• Conduct new ingredient and food product research.
• Strong food science & processing fundamentals.
• Prepare various reports on R&D.
• Maintain liaison concern Dept.
• Any other relevant assignment given by the supervisor.
