Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University majoring in Fabric Manufacturing Technology
∎ Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing Finishing, Knitting and Dyeing, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring all kinds of activities in research & developing the knit fabrics and maintain all documents;
∎ Monitoring the pre-production sample, production sample (C/S, G/S), lab test sample & ensure on time delivery;
∎ Ensure Test report as per buyer required quality;
∎ Fabrics process parameter setting & keeping related contract to higher official regarding quality;
∎ To assist Manager for all over the activities of fabric develop process;
∎ Follow up the activities of subordinate to meet the quality and submission deadline;
∎ Monitoring the sample grey fabric status & ensure batch & dyeing program in dyeing machines;
∎ Responsible for all particular sample fabrics with cost effective quality developments;
∎ Consulting with superior, setting achievable deadline for each work. Instructing subordinates to work according to priority basis (Time frame);
∎ Feedback giving & communication with external stakeholders on time;
∎ Documentation all Test reports, quality reports, technical data sheet of each sample;
∎ Discuss with line manager regarding technical issues of special fabrics;
∎ Communicate with production i.e. knitting, dyeing, finishing in respect of products quality requirement & also achievable quality;
∎ Collecting all update documentation lists including pending list and checking, then submit to superior;
∎ Execution dyeing & finishing program;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Experience in overseeing implementation, tracking the progress, reporting against the agreed indicators
∎ Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable and flexible environment;
∎ Demonstrated experience of working closely with support functions like finance and logistics, procurement planning.
∎ Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented;
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory;
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office as well as familiar to use ERP like Oracle;
