• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Electrical and Electronic home appliances or HVAC industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency with PCB design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, Or CAD).
• Solid understanding of power electronics, motor control (especially BLDC/inverter drive systems), and power supply design (SMPS).
• Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, ESP32) and embedded systems development.
• Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee).
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and design for compliance.

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Manager, Electrical and Electronics R&D to research, design, and development of electronic control systems for Home appliances product line. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electronics circuit design and a proven track record of bringing complex electronic products from concept to mass production. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive innovation, ensure design integrity, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design, simulation, and validation of complex analog and digital electronic circuits for Electrical and Electronic home appliances products, including but not limited to power supplies, motor control (BLDC/Inverter), sensor interfaces, communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), and user interfaces.
• Oversee PCB layout design, ensuring adherence to design rules, EMI/EMC considerations, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Conduct thorough design reviews, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses), and risk assessments to ensure robustness and reliability of electronic designs.
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and industrial design teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems within the overall product architecture.
• Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols for electronic prototypes, including functional, performance, environmental, and reliability testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic hardware issues during development, pilot production, and post-launch.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in electronics, HVAC, and smart home domains.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international safety standards (e.g., IEC, UL) and regulatory requirements.
