∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in textile quality assurance. At least 5 years in a managerial position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all quality standards and AQL levels are met across the department.
∎ Supervise grey and final fabric inspection and provide continuous guidance to quality executives.
∎ Enforce departmental rules and regulations to develop and maintain discipline.
∎ Act promptly on customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Provide full support to R&D and Planning departments in meeting fabric specification targets.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on work improvement and process efficiency.
∎ Optimize manpower utilization and encourage team-based skill development.
∎ Take initiative in cost-saving measures and wastage utilization within the department.
∎ Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the floor.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all departmental records.
∎ Coordinate with all departments to communicate quality parameters regularly.
∎ Make timely decisions on hold fabric after thorough inspection.
∎ Implement top management directives effectively on the production floor.
