Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
∎ Have strong strategic skills and the ability to develop, manage, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality assurance systems and policies to standard as per the customer demand.
∎ Develop and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / quality guidelines for the process and ensure quality as per standard.
∎ Create a strategic plan to reduce quality defect issues during the production process of the producers.
∎ Review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
∎ Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Monitor and collect customer satisfaction and feedback regarding product quality for further improvement.
∎ Train and develop the quality staff to enhance their capacity, productivity, and quality by demonstrating strong leadership.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Implement QC tools, lean manufacturing, and quality visualization.
∎ Conduct inline, midline, and pre-final inspection on self to ensure that final inspection will be okay as per buyer standard.
∎ Make quality standards and develop the system as an ISO-certified organization.
∎ Monitor the defects observed in finishing and ensure the defect rates are minimized.
∎ Take necessary action or inform the authorities If any discrepancies happen.
∎ Report any deviation in the QA system to the management.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic Manager who will be responsible for the Quality Department in our Sweater Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
