∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience: 10-15 years in technical and quality management, preferably in swimwear production.
∎ Gap Inc. Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Gap Inc. products and processes, ideally as an FQL or Certified Factory Inspector (CFI) with a reputable company.
∎ Education: Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Garment, Textile Technology, or a related field.
∎ Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Bangla.
∎ Key Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for Gap Inc. on all technical and quality-related issues.
∎ Lead quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with Gap Inc.’s product and process standards.
∎ Conduct regular factory audits and inspections to maintain high quality standards.
∎ Implement and monitor quality control systems to detect and prevent defects, ensuring product consistency and reliability.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and improve product standards.
∎ Oversee corrective action plans and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
